  Stallion Mountain

Is a  moderately priced gated community on the southeast edge of town near the Sam's Town Hotel and Casino. Stallion Mountain Golf Club is semi-private and has an 18 hole course.   Pulte homes has built moderate price housing in this subdivision. Prices range from the low $300,000s to the high $400,000s.    2.5 Star Course  Designed by Jeff Brauer and Jim Colbert, Secretariat is one of three distinctly different 18-hole championship golf courses at Stallion Mountain Country Club, and is considered to be of the finest layouts in the area. Challenging holes play over lakes, offering tremendous shot values and vistas. The course measures a staunch 7,223 yards from the tips but several tee box positions are available.

Alliante

Is a newer community located in North Las Vegas with a great golf course and everything you could expect from a master planned community.  Del Webb's Sun City Aliante is one of the communities, with KB Homes, Pulte, D.R. Horton and Pardee Homes also participating. Alliante is built on slightly over 1900 acres and it is projected to build approximately 7000 homes and a population of around 20,000.   Aliante Golf ( Designed by Gary Panks) is an exciting and challenging course that stretches more than 7,000 yards from the back tees. The course is highlighted by numerous water features, generous landing areas.  This is a public golf course and is reasonably priced and very playable for golfers of all skill levels.

 

 

Pecolle Ranch & Bad Lands Golf Course

Most of Pecolle Ranch has been built out since the mid 1980's with the exception of Queensridge, which has new and resale homes ranging from $600,000 to more than $3 Million.  Both tract and custom built homes are built by some of the finest builders in the Las Vegas area. Badlands Golf offers 27 holes of what has been described as one of the most challanging in Nevada.  Designed by Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriquez this course is rated 4 star and will challenge both experienced and novice golfers.

 

 

Canyon Gate Community and Country Club

A guard gated golf course community on the West side of Las Vegas near The Lakes.  Most homes in this community were built between 1989 and 1995 and feature custom and semi-custom homes ranging in price from the high $400's to more than 1 million.  The golf course is around 6700 yards and is a private membership country club with memberships priced approximately $26,000 to $32,000.  490 homes were built and are occupied by people with pride of ownership and the community shows it.

  

Lake Las Vegas

Painted Desert

Located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas near Ann Road and US 95 Painted Desert Community is one of the most sought after destinations in the Las Vegas valley.  Over 1500 Single family homes, Villas, Condos, and Townhomes with most of the construction being done in the mid 1990's.  There are slighly over 450 acres with a guard gate and  several homes are priced from the high $300's to the Low $800's (some with golf course view) and condo's start at around $200,000. The golf course is designed by Jay Morrish and is described as a "target course" that can be challanging to all level golfers.
